Capital One Member Fee
Capital One credit card membership fee? 3
I applied for a major credit card last September but never got one. Around December, I learned that I had received a $ 45 membership fee since I first received the card. I asked my uncle, who specializes in it, to call and shout that he would charge me $ 45 plus a month-end fee and interest on a credit card that has not yet been activated. They returned all my money and after that I finally decided to activate it. I received another annual fee today ... membership fee must be one year from card activation ... or can I be reimbursed for one year from card receipt?
Looks like you bought a credit card. Read the information that comes with the card, I'm sure it's fully explained. This time, instead of asking your uncle to fight you, pay off the debt. There is a charge for activating the card.
They will probably not give up because it is in their agreement that you signed when you received the card. Many credit cards have an annual fee, and there is usually nothing you can do about it. Canceling it immediately will not affect your credit report. It will not enter the collection for a month or two. Failure to pay will negatively affect your balance. You can call them and see if they can do something, but usually they don't understand and you still have to pay for them.
The membership fee is only one year,
