Are the brushes reliable and relatively long lasting with minimal effort? ۔

I wanted to buy a Rio 2013 hatchback from my trusted local dealer (yes they are reliable, I know it is rare but I have seen them in the past and they have exceptional customer service) 60 , 000 miles. The dealer I visited was a family dealer who won the Best Customer Satisfaction Award among other dealers in my country.
